Cancellation & Refund Policy
What is the delivery time period?
Orders within India are delivered within 7 - 10 working days, and International orders are delivered in 10 to 15 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.
Do you apply any shipping charges?
Within India, Deerpatch.com provides Free Shipping for Prepaid orders There will be a shipping charge of Rs.49/- on COD orders. For shipping charges anywhere outside India please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
- Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.Deerpatch.com wallet or Discount coupons will be issued, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
- Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable .
- To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on email@example.com with your Order ID mentioned.
- Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the store credit/discount coupon we give you in Deer Patch account to place the order for the new product.
- For products without any manufacturing defect/ fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges. However, with a charge of Rs.100, reverse-pickups can be arranged in cases of Dislike, Wrong Phone model Ordered, Incorrect size Ordered, or any such issue where we are not at fault.
- Only the Purchased Amount will be refunded as a Discount coupon to the Customer.
- Incase of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purpose. We can process a replacement/ return only after a verification process is completed.
What are the terms and conditions for refund?
- You can ask for a refund/free replacement against any of your order within 10 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be defective/ damaged.
- All refunds will be credited in your Bank Accounts.
- If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access your account.

What are the rules for Courier charges refund?
- In case of manufacturing defects,for all self-shipped returns, we will provide you a cashback of Rs.100 for shipments weighing upto 500 grams.
- For every next 500 gram slab, an additional Rs.50 will be added to the refund amount.
- For example, a single t-shirt piece weighs around 250 grams which if returned would give you a cashback of Rs.100 in your account.
- If you happen to return 3 t-shirts, your return shipment weighs 750 grams and would give you a cashback of Rs.150.
- Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our cashback rates. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service.
- Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
- Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.
- If the courier cost is lesser than Rs.100, you will still be receiving a cashback of Rs.100.
How long the refund procedure takes?
- The refund procedure will be initiated within 24-48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your Bank Accounts.
Where should I return my product?
You are requested to courier the product to us at the address mentioned below and we will reimburse courier charges incase of manufacturing defects only. (You will be credited Rs.100 cashback. If courier costs more than Rs.100, please retain your invoice and we will reimburse you accordingly)

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
- We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
- If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.
